Organic ingredients that relieve, repair and regenerate

No additives, artificial ingredients, synthetics or pesticides.

Local Taos Beeswax

Beeswax is known for its antiseptic, antimicrobial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties.

It creates a protective barrier that seals in moisture and shields skin against bacteria. This allows cells to naturally regenerate — which is why it’s sometimes used in anti-aging creams to reduce wrinkles.

Many generations of Taos locals have been using beeswax to heal wounds and treat burns.

Organic Coconut Oil

Like beeswax, coconut oil is antimicrobial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory.

Medium chain fatty acids such as lauric acid and caprylic acid in coconut oil moisturize the deepest layers of skin. These acids also fight off microbial infections from within — which helps to repair deeps cuts and dry skin conditions.

Coconut oil is rich with antioxidants that help skin look firm and healthy.

Local Piñon Sap

Piñon tree sap is antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, astringent and anti-bacterial. Trees produce sap to protect against diseases, bacteria, fungus and pests.

Locally known as Trementina, piñon sap is an age-old Taos remedy for treating wounds, blisters, rash, sunburn, bug bites, dry and inflamed skin, and even sore throat.

The sap is carefully harvested as to not harm the trees in any way.

Lavandula Angustifolia

Lavandula Angustifolia is regarded as the most therapeutic of all lavender species. This type of lavender contains more linalool and linalyl acetate – which has a sedative effect on the nervous system. This could explain why this lavender is used to help mitigate depression and anxiety disorders.

Aside from its soothing aroma, Lavandula Angustifolia is traditionally used to treat burns, sunburns and swelling. Lavender is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti-fungal.

Copaiba Balsam

Copaiba Balsam is a tree sap, like piñon sap. It’s known as a pain reliever, anti-inflammatory and healing agent.

According to studies by The National Center for Biotechnology Information, Copaiba is found to have anti-inflammatory, pain relieving, antitoxin, anti-cancerous, antimicrobial, wound healing and anti-ulcer effects.

Copaiba Balsam combined with Lavandula Angustifolia work in harmony as a soothing pain reliever.
