Past
We started Kinetic Gate because we were fed up with our lives. So we made the decision to change course by changing ourselves.
We created a system to teach your mind to relax, learn to trust yourself and pull through during the hopeless times.
Present
Our mission and life’s work is to bring forth practical ways to center yourself, no matter how chaotic life gets.
We’ve distilled complex findings in epigenetics, neuroscience and mind/body science into a simple system that can be applied to daily life and work.
Future
Our goal is to raise funding for workshops to share simple routines that will impact the biggest changes so other people can also:
- Teach their mind to relax
- Learn to trust in themselves
- And get through hard times when conventional methods fail.

The fuel to our fire
[ why we started Kinetic Gate ]
Before founding Kinetic Gate we struggled though years of depression, overwhelming self-doubt, cancer diagnosis at age 20 and a horrific car accident.
Together we made the decision to change course by changing ourselves. It took tomes of research and testing every self-help tool to find which methods work and which ones fail. Flash forward to seven years later, we created a system to get through the junk life throws at you …Then we took up high intensity sports.
Out of necessity we created a balm to ease our sports-related injuries.
On a whim we sold the balm in our town. The feedback from our customers was entirely beyond our wildest expectations: they experienced relief from arthritis, bursitis, back pain from a car accident, sleeplessness, cancer and radiation therapy. There was someone who recovered from sleep deprivation due to chronic pain. Quite a few people mentioned they’d rub it behind their neck before going to sleep. It loosened the tension and they’d sleep better that way.
It’s hard to explain, but the intense feeling of adding value to people’s lives is more than I can put into words after so many years of struggling with low self-esteem and self-worth. This feeling is the source and driving engine behind Kinetic Gate.
As a cherry on top, we had a 10-year future dream plan to attend an extreme downhill event in Washington state. We were able to attend that event the following year, shaving off a 9 year gap between us and our dream.
In 2022 we started Kinetic Gate Nonprofit to share our experiences and reveal common “self-help” pitfalls to avoid. You can apply the system we share to teach your mind to relax, learn to trust yourself and pull through during the hopeless times. This system will benefit anyone who will put honest effort to integrate our system at home, work, in traffic and anytime someone pushes your buttons.
We don’t consider ourselves experts (nor spiritual gurus). We’re regular inhabitants of this planet, just like you, with an unquenching thirst for truth and a healthy craving for adventure.
The way we see it, life is a master class and we are here to learn, improve, contribute, repeat…
